Telč
is one of the most picturesque Bohemian towns located on the Moravian part of Czech-Moravian Highlands. It was built on the original foundations following a devastating fire at the end of the 14th century.

The historical centre of Telč, situated between two placid ponds, has been a part of the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list since 1992 and is famous for its square, a unique complex of historical houses with arcades, archways and decorative portals in the Renaissance and Baroque styles.

A large Renaissance chateau from the 17th century, with an English garden and a gallery of paintings from renowned artist Jan Zrzavý, are just some of the highlights of this town´s famous sights.
